Chris Miller brings a unique combination of legal, municipal, and real estate development experience. After practising law, Chris transitioned into a development management role with Onni Group before joining the City of Vancouver, where she worked in Development, Business and Licensing on major development projects.

Following this, she founded Dockside Developments, working privately with developers, Chris leverages her experience on both sides of the development process to guide complex projects through rezoning, development permits, municipal approvals, and challenging regulatory and policy issues. Her practical, solutions-oriented approach helps developers navigate City processes, resolve obstacles, and advance projects efficiently.
